I have been a professional artist for 15 years while building a certified education in wellness coaching, ministry, reiki, karuna ki, imara, shamanic healing, metaphysics, pharmacy, nutrition, trauma recovery, and creative coping skills. As a survivor myself I bring a deep understanding and commitment to helping guide clients to self sufficiency, peace, and healthy habits.

Why?

I am most often asked why I offer discounted services and free services. I strive to show up for those who do not have resources, support, and who are living on hope. I was once in the same position with no one to lift me up and now I get to use my story and turn it into power by showing up for those in need. I find it healing to be able to create dialogue and networks of support in my community to gather donations and supplies to make this program sustainable, functional, and financially responsible. I am so grateful for the opportunity to show up!and

What?

The second most common question I am asked is, "What do you do?" I teach people healing from trauma how to develop long-lasting life skills, coping mechanisms, and a sense of spiritual and emotional safety using techniques that are outside the realm of traditional therapy. As a minister and energy healer, I can teach clients to use prayer and energy medicine properly combined with shamanic art therapy and other creative techniques. I also provide tampons, pads, toiletries, journals, self care items and support applying for assistance programs to homeless and financially struggling sexual assault and domestic violence survivors. I believe in using everything I learned on my healing journey to help lift the burden and teach other women how to achieve these same accomplishments with less stress and more support.
